another saturday night...

i'm not sure how often i'll post before i get out to the island, but anyhow, here's a shot of cupecoy beach. in the foreground is the cliffhanger tavern and the white bldgs behind are my condos. my apt doesn't face the ocean, but who cares? it's a 30-second walk out the back gate, and there you are. i may not have much time for ocean-gazing, but whan i do, not a bad view.

What i currently do in tyler, is make commercials for a group of radio stations: ktbb-am and kdok-fm and a couple of other am's that nobody listens to. i also dj wedding receptions and proms on weekends. good money, but bad on the hearing. I've done radio for the better part of 26 years, so this change to the world'o'medicine will be pretty dramatic, but i'm looking forward to it.
